Tire Group Company

“Turning Waste into Wealth with Cutting-Edge Tyre Recycling.”

A passion for sustainable innovation

Our comprehensive tyre recycling solutions serve a wide range of industries, from manufacturers to environmental organizations.

Recycling Carbon Black

Tire Preprocessing: Cutting and shredding waste tires into smaller pieces or granules for further processing.

Pyrolysis Process: Decomposing tires under high temperatures in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen environment to produce carbon black, gas, and liquid fuel.

Carbon Black Recovery and Refining: Extracting and refining carbon black from the pyrolysis products to meet industrial application standards.

Derived fuel oil

Raw Material Preprocessing: Cutting and shredding waste rubber, plastics, and other carbon-containing materials for pyrolysis or cracking.

Pyrolysis or Cracking Process: Decomposing preprocessed materials in a high-temperature, oxygen-free or low-oxygen environment to produce gas, liquid fuel oil, and solid residues.

Fuel Oil Condensation and Collection: Condensing the produced vapor into liquid fuel oil and collecting it.

Refining and Purification: Refining and purifying the collected fuel oil to meet the required quality standards for use or sale.

Steel

Preprocessing and Separation: Using magnetic separation or other techniques to initially separate the steel wires from the rubber material in the tires.

Further Separation and Cleaning: Refining the separation of steel wires to remove any remaining rubber and impurities.

Steel Compression and Packaging: Compressing and packaging the separated steel wires into a form suitable for transportation.

Reuse and Recycling Processing: Sending the recovered steel wires to steel mills for smelting or reprocessing for reuse.

Gas

Gas Collection: Collect the combustible gases produced during the pyrolysis process of waste tires.

Gas Purification: Purify the collected gas to remove impurities and harmful components.

Energy Use: Utilize the purified gas as fuel for power generation, heating, and other industrial applications, providing clean energy.

Chemical Feedstock: Some of the processed gas can be used as a raw material in chemical production for manufacturing various chemical products.

Vision Statement
